How to fix the "Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 provider" is not registered message

You may get a message like "'Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0' provider is not registered on the local machine".
Solution or Workaround
If you have installed PDshop on a 64 Bit version of Microsoft Windows, your server was not configured to recognize the Microsoft Access drivers (which are in 32 bit).
To resolve, contact your web host or server administrator.
Server Administrators:
If your server runs version 7 of IIS, locate the application pool settings for your website, right click on it and select the option "Set Application Pool Defaults". Next, see the General option to Enable 32-bit Applications, and set it to "true".
