Solution or Workaround
This error can occur with the UPS Add-On if you have not Activated the Add-On, or are running conflicting versions.
If you have downloaded the UPS Add-on after 8/17/04, you must download and install the latest update of PDshop also, v3.043 or higher is required.
Plus Edition v3.043 or higher:
Requires UPS Add-On v1.02
Plus Edition v3.042 or earlier:
Requires UPS Add-On v1.01 (no longer available)
v1.01 of the UPS Rate Add-On is no longer supported.
