Solution or Workaround
If you receive this error message while shopping USPS rates, you may have an older version of the PDshop USPS Add-On.
We recommend that you download and install (upload) the latest version of the USPS Add-On, v2.0 or higher. Click 'My Account' to login to your PageDown account to download this update. Once you download the Add-On, extract the files to your computer. Next, upload the 2 .asp file to your 'includes' directory on your web server (you will need to overwrite those on your server already).
