Solution or Workaround
If you receive this error while PDshop (or other shopping cart software) is checking for USPS rates, this means that the version you are using is no longer supported by USPS.
You will need to upgrade your shopping cart software to a more recent version that supports the newer USPS rate API. PDshop version 8 and higher support the USPS RateV4.
If you are using version 8 or earlier of PDshop, you will need to upgrade.
