Some 1&1 users may experience unusual "Resource Not Found" errors if the domain name's home directory is a subfolder.
This is due to a limitation (flaw) in 1&1's implementation of Asp.Net in a multiple domain scenario. 1&1 has advised us that in order to use Asp.Net, in particular with the MS Developer Plan, you need to use a domain that's home directory is not a subfolder.
