UserName Not Found or Password Incorrect!

Unlike the PDshop Storefront, there is no automatic password recovery function for PDshop's Admin, this is by design to protect your website and sensitive information from unauthorized access.

If you have forgotten your Admin UserName or Password, PageDown Technology does offer a password recovery service.  In order for us to reset PDshop security, you will need to know your FTP User ID/Password, so that you can provide us with access to your web server.  Contact PageDown Technology to order this service (additional charges apply).

As an alternative, you can attempt to reset PDshop security on your own (At your own risk!):

Using Microsoft Access Software or MSSQL Tools, you can delete all records in the "Security" table.  If there are no security records (no users setup), you will be able to log in to PDAdmin again (as if it was the first time).  This procedure is not recommended, and will cause all previously setup Usernames and Passwords to be erased, so you will need to setup PDAdmin security again.  

NOTE: You must backup your database before attempting this procedure; contact your web host or server admin for assistance with backing up your database.
