Solution or Workaround
If you are using PDshop version 10.027 or earlier, you need to update your copy of PDshop to 10.028 or later.
A recent change by FedEx within their API has caused an error. To resolve this error, you will need to download and install the latest revision of PDshop which includes updated code to handle the FedEx issue.
