Solution or Workaround
This error can occur in PDshop if you have not formatted your database, or the database is blank. Run the database format procedure on the DB Tools page, located at:
yourstore.com/admin/dbsetup.asp
OR
yourstore.com/admin/dbsetup.aspx
Before running this procedure, be sure to backup your database by downloading a copy from your web server. This procedure will update the database tables and field structure (it will modify the table columns if needed, but it will not delete your data).
