Some Anti-Virus software, script blockers, "Pop-Up" blockers, Ad filters, and "Privacy" software installed on the web server or your PC may interfere with PDshop/PDadmin.

These 3rd party software programs can block or restrict access to "cookies", "javascripts" and the "filesystem object".  You should disable all software of this nature if you experience difficulty while browsing the storefront or web administrator.
