How to disable SSL 3.0 on my web server, Internet Information Server (IIS)?
Recently a major vulnerability has been found in the way web pages are secured.  One of the protocols used to secure communication between your server and client's browsers should no longer be used.  SSL 3.0, SSLv3, should be disabled immediately, on both your web browser and your web server.

If you are a server administrator, or web master managing a website, you should immediately disable the SSL 3.0 protocol.  Unfortunately this isn't the easiest thing to do, there is no simple setting. Basically you need to make registry changes, which can be very tricky and if not done correctly can cause secure connections to fail completely.

Please Contact Us so that our Support Team can advise you on how to disable it, and we also offer IT Services to do this for you (Windows servers only).
